Truly, the only thing missing to make her achievement feel complete is an appearance from Elizabeth. Not only is Girl Plays Game's Fallout 4 Columbia Settlement a perfect mini-encapsulation of all that can be found in BioShock Infinite, but she also went the extra mile for added authenticity and used the character creation system to make a nearly impeccable recreation of the former's protagonist, Booker DeWitt. The creation is superbly crafted, as it manages to blend the best of both dystopian worlds with posters nodding to various Vim & Vigor abilities, power armor standees reminiscent of Big Daddy diving suits, and references to the underwater city of Rapture.
YouTuber and talented Fallout 4 player Girl Plays Game thought that the Brotherhood of Steel's Prydwen airship needed some competition in the skies, so she decided to customize a Settlement as a refashioned version of the floating city Columbia from Irrational Games' BioShock Infinite.

At least this thing is packed with all tech available in the entire game so that’s in line with the Institute completely. Sure, I would imagine something a bit sleeker for a power armor built by the institute but hey, the base color is hospital white just like the rest of the place.
